Hey! Has anyone used black cohosh while TTC and if so at what dose. I took it along with vitex and got pregnant 1st cycle with babe #2 and we are trying for #3 and I'm on my 2nd cycle and have read some people only take around 120 mg while TTC but my pills are 540mg and I've been taking 2-3x per day? I always stopped during ovulation but I'm hoping I haven't been taking way too high a dose....any insight would be greatly appreciated!!!
