What should I abe expecting

I have an appointment with my gp today after doing a positive pregnancy test. What should I be expecting??

Nothing much really. The nurse will ask you a ton of questions about medical history and they'll give you an estimated due date (emphasis on estimated). I urge you to watch business of being born, and pregnant in America. Both great documentaries

They will weigh you, take your blood pressure and probably send you for a whole wack of blood tests. Nothing major. Hopefully he will recommend you to a great OBGYN, and IMHO that's who you should choose to deliver your baby. Good luck, and congrats!!!

A Doppler if enough time has lapsed from your last date of menstruation. Also the dr will verify that you are pg in his lab. Probably will write a rx for iron or a prenatal w- iron too!
