Joint pain?

I'm 22 weeks and toss and turn all night, my hip joints hurt so bad, any suggestions?

Ask your doctor about stretches you can try. I'm 17 weeks and have major joint popping and my doctor told me to use body pillows, gave me a pamphlet on back stretches that help and told me it is normal.
