Mine did the same thing. First it was -, didn't check later then today I was taking trash out and it was +......so confusing. But mine today said - again.  Try taking another one in the AM that's what I'm doing tomorrow. Let's hope we get good news

You are supposed to check it within 10 min. It's not right to look at it later because it could be an evap line.
