Paragard pain? Help

Okay not sure if im just paranoid. Ive had the paragard insert for like 3 months or 4 months. I just started have this sharp cramp like pain on my left side in the front in the belt area. I have an appointment in two days. Idk im scared it went up inside me. But i know the only thing i can do it go to the doctor. I tried to find the steings but i think my fingers are too short.
