Misccariage

I've experienced a misccariage back in November, it seemed like my whole world has stopped. I found out when I was 2 months along & in the process of taking a physical for the Army. I was so heartbroken, I wanted more than anything for somebody to tell me something to make me feel better.... Well, now I'm here, wondering what I should tell my sister due to her getting the news that she has possibly had one also... Feeling so lost & heartbroken
