Start drinking a lot of water every day. If you're dehydrated you won't have much cm.

Melissa, I got preseed as well. Just finished my period today (some spotting still, sorry TMI). I don't temp but have really regular cycles (28 days). Are you just using it mid cycle or using OPKs or tempting?
