A study of all female ob/gyn resident physicians across the US a couple years ago demonstrated Mirena is by FAR and away the most commonly used by them, the people that counsel patients every day! Depends though, if you're looking for short term or long term, if you want your period monthly still or no period at all. That's one of the beauties of options, there's something out there for everyone!
