Tmi!! REALLY wet cm??

So I am not sure when I ovulated this month, based on my cm I would say it was the 18th. I normally have a 27 day cycle so I should start on sunday. That's 4 days from now and my cm has not dried up, it has increased and my undies are WET. It's gross like I can feel when it flows out. Is this a sure tell pregnancy sign?? I have heard it would normally dry up if one is not preggers.
