Nausea remedies?

What are your nausea remedies? It hit me yesterday at 6w3d.

Tums, b6 vitamins, trader joes ginger chews. Magic combo for me!

I will be complete honest...

None of those "normal" remedies ever worked for me. I ended up having to push through until it began to get better. Luckily it only lasted 2-3 weeks.

Hard candy, Jolly Ranchers helped me be distracted from the nausea. I also found that if I did not eat when I was hungry I would get nauseous and gag non stop. Ginger Tea is also good.

I made a discovery today - nausea is inversely proportional to the cleanliness of your bowels!! It's amazing! 
As soon as I use the loo, my nausea reduces.. Even disappears!

Sea bands... they are wrist bands that have a plastic bump that lines up with a pressure point on your wrist...

Eating small frequent meals. I have to eat constantly or I feel terrible. Also Preggie Pops are great and Zofran when nothing works

This is weird but get a cold wet rag and put peppermint essential oils ( extract if you don't have oils) on it. I did about 7 to 10 drops the stronger the better. put one end right and top of your pelvic bone and then lay it on the rest of your belly! The peppermint smell will help you relax and soothe yor stomach while the cold kinda takes your mind off it. I slept with my compress I.wore some of my tighter pj pants and a tight tank top that why I stayed cold all night:) make sure your clothes are over the top so it stays if you wanna sleep with it. still doing it 9w5d.

Saltine crackers every couple hours works for me.

Dry toast (sounds gross because it is lol but it works!) saltines things like that. You want something to soak up the acid in your tummy and wait about 20 minutes after before eating any real food:)
