What could help me??

I'm not sure if there are any tablets you can take. Other than just PN vitamins. I've heard of pills you can take to increase fertility, unsure of what they are called. ​    I was trying to get pregnant for several years, then finally went to the doctor. Found out that one of my fallopian tubes had fluid in it, which drastically decreases my chances for having kids. It's fixable and not life threatening (at the moment). So just make sure that everything is fine with you and your partner. Make sure his sperm is good and make sure you are fine as well. 

Have you seen a fertility doctor? If you've been trying for a few years without luck, it's definitely worth a try. They may be able to give you something even simple like clomid to help. Good luck!!
