Confused!?

Question

I havent had my period at all this month but had a day of spotting.. I took acouple pregnancy test and they all came back negative..  Should I go to the doctor & have blood work done??

I didn't have mine last month, but I had some spotting. I'm 8 weeks pregnant now. Toke almost 3 weeks after the spotting before test would confirm what I already know.

I didn't have my period for three months while I was in basic military training, due to all the STRESS lol. But even now that I'm graduated and in tech school it occasionally happens. And I'm pretty stressed.
