If you don't have a shower head that you can take down, then  lay in the tub, so the faucet is directly above and I normally start where it just drips warm water and gradually turn on more and more water. AMAZINGGG. And then you get to relax in your warm bath that you created :) but toys can be relatively cheap like ten bucks and it's nice to spice things up
