TTC and confused!

So, my husband and I are TTC and are now using opk for the first time this month. I have the Clearblue easy advanced digital ovulation kit. I ovulated on Moday morning (we did the deed Su, Mo, Tu). I was curious to see if it really did pick up so I took another text on Wednesday and BFN. I felt a weird pain to the left andthen  several more sharper ones in the middle near my pubic bone, so naturally like the type A person I am, I took another one and it says I'm ovulating again. I'm confused by this because I have endometriosis and have had a multitude of cysts so I'm normally pretty keen on when I ovulate because I'm one of the crazies that can feel it. So, why exactly would o be getting another positive? I'm a little lost..
