Sore breasts help ?!

Question

Okay so I have been having sore and sensitive breasts for 3 weeks now, I got my af on sept 18th and finished the 23rd I figured the sore breasts would have been because of my af but I still have breast pain it's so sensitive any time I accidentally bump them its excruciating. Has anyone else had this problem? Anyone know what would cause that and what I could do to help it?

Sore breast could be an indication that your period is about to start or just ended , are you nipple area brownish ? Those two mixed together then I would be buying a pregnancy test but just one or the other I wouldn't look to much into it unless your late on your period as we'll. hope this helps !

I've been having the same issue!
No clue what's causing it.
Might be hormones are unbalanced for some reason?
