I read a doctors review of ella one, this is the morning after pill. The doctors said that if taken with in 5 days of unprotected sex that it would work.... but it also said that if your bmi is over 30.0 to 36.5 it would most likely not work if your over weight. So its not 100% reliable depending on your weight.
