Do wear a bra while sleeping in pregnancy?

Please tell why you dont wear? Is it because of soreness ? Or is it another reason??

I don't wear anything at night! I can't stand to get tangled up!

I wear a bra 24/7 right now. It keeps the soreness at bay. But I switch between a sports bra and my regular bra.

I've not warn a braw at night in a long while, after learning of the side effects it causes. I was a c after my first pregnancy I became a dd but still sleep without it for health (and comfortable) resons.
