Could sudden vomiting be a first sign of pregnancy before missed period?

I felt perfectly fine wasn't coughing, sick, nauseous, ect... Then I randomly felt that I needed to vomit.. Then once I got to the bathroom just in case I started vomiting. Me and my boyfriend have been trying to conceive. And this would be my first pregnancy so I have no clue. :/
