What are the symptoms you feel within two months of getting pregnant?

I have been trying for a couple of months. My period came a day later than usual and the next day I had brown discharge. .any suggestions to what is going on???

I am only 6 +3 weeks in. For me it was only a few days after ovulation that I started feeling dizzy, nauseous and fatigued and my boobs really hurt.

​In week 4/5 I got really bloated and looked about 5 months pregnant with boobs that were so full they looked fake. That was not a comfy week. 
​
​Week 5 I have been nauseous, bloating has gone down, boobs less sensitive but still sore and tired.

Everyone is different though. I didn't get any period or implantation bleeding. 
​
​I do feel quite in tune with my body and I could just tell 5DPO that something had changed and I felt pregnant.
