I have suffered with anxiety and depression for years and still do. I have been on Paroxetine, which has really helped, but I have been told to come off it whilst ttc and pregnancy as it can cause heart defects. I have tried coming off and I felt so bad I couldn't work. I have now transferred to a 'safer' one called Sertraline/Zoloft but it still carries risks. My doctor says I csn take it if the benefits outeigh the risks. I'm scared of harming my baby but don't feel I can be without them. Feeling so down and scared right now :'( xxx
