Sore Nipples?! Slightly TMI no pic

My hubby and I are in our 4th month TTC. Before we started trying I had horrific cramps and very sore boobs/nipples before AF like clockwork. However, the very first cycle we started trying those symptoms DISAPPEARED. Not even exaggerating, which I found super weird. This cycle, super random but my boobs are firm and my nipples are extremely sore again and even with two bras on it looks like I should be standing in the North Pole!! Has anyone else experienced this? AF due Oct 3.
