My husband had picture of his ex kissing and what not after we got together I told him it bothered me especially since I had pictures that I had deleted of my ex and I not even kissing but just hanging with friends because he wanted me to delete them... After we talked he got rid of them and if I found others I just deleted or tossed them out. Talk to him about if before reacting :)

I don't have a problem with the fact that my husband existed before he met me. He had an entire life, including other women he loved. And I loved other men before we met. I think it's unfair to ask someone to erase part of their life because of insecurity. Lack of trust is a much bigger issue than the fact that he has old pictures.

I still have a picture of me and my previous boyfriend kissing. My current boyfriend of a year found it when were packing up my apartment. Honestly it was in a closet and I forgot it was there. He told me to throw it away and I told him I wouldn't. He got super mad but we talked about it when he calmed down and basically my reasoning was that yes that chapter in my life happened. I'm a pack rat I believe in saving little momentos and having that picture is the last momento I kept from mine and my exs relationship. Do I have feelings for him still? Not at all. I than showed my current boyfriend all the stuff I have saved of our relationship and that one picture is nothing compared to that. he seemed to kind of understand where I was coming from.

I feel it was still apart of his life! I actually can't understand why when people break up they delete pictures! It was still a moment in your life, and you must have learned something from it, it's still part of what made you and brought you to where u are

I was cleaning out my room at my parents house and I had a picture of me and my ex at prom. I didn't know what to do with it, I hate the guy (he cheated on me) but my mom said that it's a good memory to hold. My bf also told me (he helped me get through breaking up with my ex so he understands which helped a lot) that he still has pictures of his exs too. Talk to your bf about it. If you don't have feelings for your ex, he should understand a little, because at one point you were happy. Just a suggestion good luck
