One fallopian tube how often could I conceive

Amber • Mon, Sep 29 • Im 24 ive had two edtopic pregancy had surgery both time with in the past 5 yrs me and my bf have been trying to have à baby for the past two yrs and its been really hard

Am I wrong but don't we ovulate from one side to the next each month and with me only having one fallopian tube which months to is a better chance to ttc
