Can anyone help explain?

HPT- home pregnancy test
BFP- big fat positive
BFN- big fag negotiate
MC- miscarried/miscarriage
OPK- ovulation prediction kit
BBT- basil body temperature
DPO- days past ovulation
CM- cervical mucus
EWCM- egg white cervical mucus
BD- baby dance aka sex
GL- good luck 
DH- dear husband
DF- dear fiancée
SO- significant other
DS- dear son
DD- dear daughter
PCOS- polycystic ovarian syndrome
