How often is it normal to have sex?

My husband and I are newly married but we don't have sex very often (maybe once every two weeks or so) sometimes we go in spurts (sex several days in a row then not again for another few weeks)... Is this normal?

I'm the same way! I feel bad because I know he wants it way more often but I just have no sex drive :( now that we are trying to get pregnant we pretty much have sex 2 times during ovulation week and that's it. I've been trying to do it more but it's hard to get yourself in the mood when you aren't havin it!

Everyone is different and your libido changes :) one week you can have a high libido and go at it like rabbits the next maybe not so much. My hubs and I go through the same thing :) life can also get in the way with work or stress haha

My man and I used to have sex all the time and now it's barely once a month and he's not even interested in kissing me like before. I'm 8 months pregnant and I consider the relationship still newlyweds since we haven't lived with other a year yet. We only started dating about a 1 and a half so if things continue like this once the baby is born I'm finding a new lover cause I'm a very sexual person and he used to be a passionate lover but only thing that makes sense is that he must be getting it somewhere else which is completely unacceptable when he has me who would want it all the time and he's not making the effort like before.

Talk to him about it. Ask him if he's okay with things as they are or if he'd prefer more. I understand if your concerned that he is pulling away from you by doing this. Talk to him. Say babe we need to talk about our sexlife.

My husband and I have sex 5-6 times a week, sometimes only 4 times. I've been told we are freaks of nature. After 8 yrs together, we both still have very strong sex drives.
