Hi everyone. This may be a long shot but I am asking for prayers for my baby niece Madison born at 3:17 am today. She was 8 lbs 3 oz and 17 inches long. Maddi had to be born via emergency c section. Her fetal heart rate was 200+. My sister had a blood pressure of 60/40 and a temp of 104 while she was in labor, after the epidural. Maddi was born with a fever of 103. She swallowed meconium and got pneumonia and had tachycardia. She couldn't keep her oxygen level up so they had to get a breathing mask on and send her to Springfield, MO NICU. Thats the closest NICU and best care closest to where we are. There was an extremely severe infection in the uterus causing both my sister and Maddi to get really sick. Cause was unknown but momma is in West Plains and baby is in Springfield 2 hours away. This is a very tough time for all of us so I am begging for prayers. She's so precious and so many people love her already.
