It won't. Once you know you are pregnant, obviously stop. I suggest also stopping if you suspect that you are. Drinking during conception is not a problem for baby, though excessive drinking is harmful for you and your body! Everything in moderation and when in doubt, don't. I always stop during the two weeks before AF just to be sure.

I know people who do/did and had no issues at all my one friend was even told by her Dr she could have an alcoholic beverage every now and the in moderation obviously and he little boy is happy healthy and actually advanced for his age :)
