Hey J - Glow decides ovulation in multiple ways. NOT just BBT. The only way to know for sure that Glow used BBT to determine ovulation is that you have a coverline. No coverline means that Glow is using other ways with which to determine ovulation. (CM, OPKs, other symptoms, length of your previous cycles and so on.) 

If you write support@glowing.com an email, they can help you with what Glow uses for you. It's obviously not your BBT.
