Second baby after c section..

Hey guys so I'm currently 5 days late from a period and can't take a test until payday. I had a c section with my first.. when I found out I was pregnant I had a headaches and tender breasts.. This time around I'm guessing I could be but was wondering from other moms that had a c section if you experienced pressure on your pelvic instead of cramping like the first... Help a mama out I'm so curious...
