Vitex?

Has any tried this supplement? I'm considering starting it.

I have pretty regular cycles but short luteal phases. I tried to take vitex this cycle but i got weird side effects so I stopped taking it. I ovulated a bit earlier than normal this month though.   Not sure if it was the getting on vitex or getting off of it though. So basically I know this might not be any help. I thought I would put my two cents I though! Good luck!

I have been using it for 3 months. Found it helped settle down my cycle which was a little bit unpredictable following a miscarriage. Seems to even out my temperatures a bit too (less drastic ups and downs). It was recommended to me by my naturopath. She told me to try the tincture rather than the pill form for quicker results. My only complaint is that my folicular phase has lengthened the last two months by a few days, so longer cycles, longer to ovulate. Best of luck if you give it a try!

I used it with my last pregnancy and got pregnant the first month. I wasn't ovulating after a mc but obviously I did once I started taking it. It could have been a coincidence but I figure it's worth a try! Best of luck
