TTC after Mirena IUD

Erica • Me n my wonderful gf have been trying to get pregnant for about 4 months months now....I`ve never been on any app like this before any help would be gr8
My IUD was removed middle of June and we begun ttc. Has anyone had any luck? Still trying? If so how long?
