Having problems with Micronor...

I have been taking Orthomicronor for a few months now and the last couple months I have been having my period every other week, but it's very light and lasts 5-7 days...I throw up about once a week , have cramps, low back pain, headaches, bad acne and am so tired I cannot keep my eyes open...anyone else having this problem?
