Why can't I get pregnant?

My fiancé and I been trying for a year and nothing has happened. We have sex every day except on my period. I don't know what to do. I have gone to the gynecologists and they say everything's normal. Help

OBGYNs don't always run fertility specific bloodwork or know what to look for, just general labs. I read that OBGYNs only do a few weeks rotation in fertility medicine during medical school. Fertility docs do years of fellowships. I'd suggest scheduling an appointment with an specialist. It wasn't even until my 3rd fertility doc that he ran the right tests; FSH and AMH, which have to do with quantity and quality of eggs. They should also do an HSG, an X-ray of your uterus by injecting dye in your ovaries. Also, an ultrasound. That's like a basic fertility work up. Best wishes!

What kind of tests did your gyn do? Maybe consider going to a fertility specialist for a second opinion. Hopefully everything is fine but it never hurts to have more info!

Also--your hubby should get a semen analysis if he hasn't had one. Half the time fertility issues are caused by a problem with the man and they are OFTEN treatable!

It may be your doing it everyday, my doctor said every other day, so my husbands sperm can build up, low sperm count if you do it everyday. Hope this helps

Up to a year can be perfectly normal for ttc so don't worry, there may be nothing wrong. Have they run any tests?

I'm in the same boat. We're on month 14 ttc. I'm going to start taking prenatal vitamins and I just bought a clearblue ovulation kit that I'm going to start doing next week. Maybe that will help. Have you tried opk's or any kind of fertility treatment?
