period due 9/30 and didn't come. 10/1 had light red spotting. today when i wiped a medium amount of EWCM mixed with watery blood was on the toilet paper. been laying in bed for a couple hours so i took my temp and it said 98.4. this morning it was 97.4. haven't had a heavy enough flow to fill a tampon even. any ideas what might be going on?
