Sex Help with Pain

Lately when I've been having sex it seems to be much more painful almost like I'm too tight or not wet enough for comfort. I usually enjoy sex but haven't been able to recently and I'm looking for advice to make it more cofortable along with diffrent positions to try (I'm usually on bottom) or ways to increase pleasure I guess abything would be helpful really!
