Severe back pain??

Question

Hi all, I'm in excruciating back pain at the base of my back on the right side, it's rely sharp if I move, try and sit down, drive basically anything. Anybody had similar or know what it is?? I'm only 10 weeks so I don't even think it's pregnancy related. :(

I have it too . This morning I could feel my hips rub together when I walk . I believe mine is pregnancy related . I read about it last night and sometimes our bodies produce to much of the hormone that loosens our ligaments . It's worse at night for me

Okay I have this sciatic pain plus back pain. U need to try and rest lie down. I see a significant change in my back pain.
