I hated depo. I preferred nuvaring. But I'm only using condoms now.

I loved the nuvaring I used all kinds but stuck with the for 8 years. So easy and works perfectly at least for me good luck

It depends on what you're looking for. If you want to get it and forget it, implant or depo shot is great.  But both are risky because if you have side effects you're stuck with thence a while u til you cab have it removed or the shot wears off.

If you can remember it, the pill is the easiest and most flexible, but you HAVE to remember it!

It might be worth looking into Nuvaring or the patch as well, they're kind of in between the options above, both are less frequently maintained than the pill, but can be stopped immediately if you react.

The pull out method shouldn't be used until you're fully prepared for an unexpected pregnancy. It's the least reliable and difficult to get right.

Also, just a note, NONE of these options protect against Sti's so unless you're in a committed relationship with someone you trust completely, you should also still be using condoms.

I had bad experience with implanon. Weight gain and it messed my skin up. Still got af on it but was very irregular.

I have the IUD and it works great, I have the one for only 5 years. It didn't hurt at all when I got it. And it's just great. But it does mess with your cycle.
