Fasting for Yom Kippur?

Question

Any fellow Jewish mamas to be out there? Are you fasting? My doctor said I'm exempt. I will try to do something to observe.  Maybe only eat bland food or something.

I'm Christian and we fast but during pregnancy we don't. We keep our focus on prayer.

I was told i could fast- if I begin to feel bad cramping then to drink little bits at a time.

I'm not Jewish but bf is.. No way I could fast a day :/ my church fasts once a month and I don't do that

Health comes first. I won't fast for the first time in seven years this year because my rabbi wants me to songlead and I physically need water to sing for an hour
