Can you have symptoms before implant?!

Sometimes I think these symptoms adjusted my head so I was just wondering.

It's probably preoccupation syndrome. ? You're not going to have real pregnancy symptoms until the zygote implants in your uterus. Although who knows what post-ovulation hormones may do to different individuals.

I have read stories from women who say they did and then got their bfp, but others say no symptoms can happen before implantation.  I've been having cramps since ovulation and not sure what it means... Guess I can't really answer this one.

Yes I get cramps in weird places like my butt. And my CM changes to white thick and milky
