Stressed

I stopped my nuvaring after 8 years on June 5th of this year. Was supposed to get AF oct 1st have mild spotting took a bunch of test ...BFN. I'm stressed because I don't know if we aren't getting pregnant because my cycle is still messed up or a deeper issue is my SO has that thing where one of his testicles never descended therefore affecting his fertility I'm assuming by at least 50%. Has anyone dealt with this and gotten pregnant or am I being overly paranoid. Please advise :)
