You might want to consider trying to BD all the green days(fertile days) and a couple before and after wouldn't hurt either. I've seen a lot of opinions back and forth if everyday or every other day is best...but if both you and your partner are healthy...no reason not to BD every fertile day! Good luck!

I'd say you need to more often! It's a tricky balance with sperm. If a man ejaculates too often he isn't giving the sperm enough time to develop, but if he isn't ejaculating enough the sperm become "old" sperm, and won't survive long enough to get to the egg. I suggest bd every other or third day when not fertile, then every other day during ovulation week! Good luck!

Is this your first time tracking, I am new to Glow but based on the other forums I've been in, you should BD a 1 to 2 days before ovulation, and after. It's hard to say also because you had a short period, mine are usually between 5-6 days. Good luck, I hope you get some more responses.
