How do you deal with Stress?

Question

Starting my senior year. I can feel the Senioritis coming on! I feel overwhelmed with college applications, classes and after school activities. Can I have advice on how to deal with stress? Or tell me about your senior year experience? I just need some encouragement!! (:

College applications were simple for me since I could only afford to go to the local community college.  My senior year was great, I was in the work program so I only attended school til noon.  I worked in a mom and pop print shop and loved it.  Most of my time at school was spent goofing off since all but one of my core requirements were met and the only one left was civics (we had to take civics in the 9th and 12th grade at our school so it was easy peasy).  If I became overwhelmed, I would just go for a jog.  Up until my senior year I was in sports and loved jogging so it was my release.  At home, I lived on my parents farm and would haul and chop wood, tend the animals, etc which also served as a good stress reliever.  Now that I am an adult and away from the farm and can't just up and go for a jog (I have a 13 month old daughter), I read, bake, go for walks, etc to relieve stress. Enjoy your senior year :)

Senior year is stressful but it's all on how you make it. It can be good stress or bad. Good is staying on top of your applications your grades activities and pushing through cause in the end the sleepy get left behind. End result is no stress great summer college in the fall:) no parents  new people new life:)

Don't think to much because overthinking can cause a lot of stress. Just make a list of the things you have to do and keep track don't procrastinate do everything in a timely manner to avoid any stress!

My senior year was great I was done filling out applications in October so I didn't have to worry about them. I was in the work program so only went to school till 11 then went to work. My stress didn't start until my first year of college. I never had to study in hs so all the classes stressed me out. Deffinetly stay organized. Tbh I cried a lot lol

I'm a senior too so I know how you feel but here's a few things I do
1. Always have something to look forward to. Something that makes you happy and motivates you to finish strong. Like getting your nails done, going shopping, eating out, going to someone's house, a vacation, etc.
2. Be organized. 
     Know where your applying, what assignments are due when, etc
3. Manage your time wisely
     Make sure you know what your putting all your time toward and learn to balance it or use it somewhere else
4. Ask for help if you need it.
     ( friends, parents, guidance counselors, Google lol)
5. Learn to live life!?????
It is your last year so don't overwork yourself. Hang out with friends, do fun stuff, sleep, eat?
