I actually found out about vitex after doing some research on how to shorten my 40+ day cycles. I am 26, was on birth control for 10 years, and decided to go off in March. My husband and I didn't want to TTC right away, but I felt like I should regulate my body. I did get my periods "regularly" but my cycle was hovering around 40 days. Also, I was experiencing really oily skin! I took vitex for one cycle to see the effects and it shortened it to 28 days! Then, I went on vacation and forgot to bring it for my next cycle...so now for this current cycle I am taking it again. Was wondering if anyone has used it and what their experiences are!
