Irregular Bleeding

Every six to seven days I am getting my period again - a full five day, bright red blood, heavy flow period. It's targeting annoying and very inconvenient. I'm wondering if this has ever happened to anyone else? This has been going on for about 6 weeks almost.

I finished my period two days ago, but am still spotty with blood up in my vagina and brownish, reddish, and even a little grayish discharge (I'm assuming) coming out.

Anyone have any insight on maybe what's happening???
