Birth control for 7 years

Hi there! My husband and I just decided to go off BC at the end of August. I have been on BC for 7 years and we are TTC. I am interested in learning how long it has taken some to conceive after being on BC for a long period of time. As well as any suggestions to getting pregnant as soon as possible. I love this app so far and hoping it works this up coming time but just wanted to get some advice.
