Try a finger first. Than once you feel ready for the real deal lube it up real nice and tell him to go slow. Once feel comfortable than he can go fast and hard.

I usually shower beforehand and just check I've not got anything nasty up there but then again it's a bottom, it has got poo in it! I've had the odd smear on the sheets nothing awful though just have a towel ready if you're worried. You can try using smaller objects first if you're nervous but I just like to go for it.
