How likely is it if you got a BFN 4 days before AF is expected, that you could still be pregnant? Does the 4 days between then and a possible missed period really make that much of a difference? Experiences??

It does! I think 4 days before, HPTs are only like 80% accurate. Which sounds good, but a lot of people gets negs until day of missed AF.

Inplantation can be anywhere up to 12 days so if you have an average 14 day luteal you could be testing too early before implantation or too early before the hormone has developed in the blood. You will hate me saying it but don't test til AF is due and I know it feels impossible but it's the only way to know! I used to test all the time but it's not always a true test if you haven't necessarily implanted yet!

Yes it does. HCG only adds up every couple days to every 3 days.
