How long until I tell work about being pregnant?

I work in a very physical environment and I know I am very early on in my pregnancy. I work at Purolator and I pack freight that goes into planes sometimes lifting 75lb + boxes. When should I let work know I'm pregnant

You should probably let them know immediately. Since you are very on in your pregnancy you don't want to be lifting anything that could interfere

I unload and reload trucks for work so I do a lot of heavy lifting. I told one of my managers as soon as I got back my blood test results at 4 weeks. We're pretty much playing it by ear, if I don't feel comfortable and confident in lifting something I leave it and get help but they're letting me decide what I can and can't lift which is working out great
