I was told taking Claritin was ok for allergies while ttc. I'm sure if you ask your pharmacist, they can recommend something. Just let them know you might be pregnant.

I feel your pain. I woke up this morning with a head cold too. My dr said i could use the following. 
​Decongestant. 
​Afrin nasal spray 
​Ocean nasal spray 
​Mucinex 
​Sudafed 
​Nasal lavage or salt rinse. 
​
​Cough Preparations 
​Robitussin
​Robitussin DM

I believe you can take any Tylenol product...but check with ur doc to be sure

I was told no meds during pregnancy. I couldn't even take allergy medication. I don't know what the rules are for the TWW though.
