What do my symptoms mean?

My bf and I had sex on the 4th 2 days after my predicted ovulation. As of the 6th my breasts have become extremely painful and heavy. Typically I get breast tenderness which is tolerable the week of my cycle and is not due until the 16th or 17th. It was so uncomfortable to sleep and I have had to put on a sports bra because the pain is so unusual. Has anyone else experienced this before or recommend what may be going on?
